As an experienced Physiotherapist, Yolanda provides excellent patient-centered care, with the perfect balance between a hands-on approach, exercise prescription and carefully chosen modalities. She actively involves her patients in their own care and empowers them with the necessary tools to reach their goals. Yolanda has been working in private practice since her graduation, in the treatment and management of musculoskeletal and neuromuscular conditions in clients of all ages.
Holly is a Registered Massage Therapist with a passion for improving her patients daily lives and activities. She has always been interested in the human body, and it only took the one treatment for her to fall in love with the benefits of massage therapy. Now, after providing thousands of treatments herself, she has a wealth of experience as a Massage Therapist. Holly is an attentive and open therapist who listens and responds to all of her clients’ needs.
Anette is a Registered Massage Therapist who takes great pride in helping people through the physical and mental stresses in their lives with her massage treatments. She creates a therapeutic yet relaxing environment, where her patients can step away from their lives for an hour and truly relax. She also strives to alleviate discomfort with her treatments and support her patients through the healing process, while also promoting a healthy lifestyle. Her passion for women’s health has been an important part of her career.
Sultana has been a Registered Massage Therapist since 2018 when she graduated from Canadian College of Massage and Hydrotherapy in Ontario. Having recently moved to Nova Scotia, she is excited to offer her past experience that specialized in post-operative care, neurovascular, and soft tissue dysfunction. Prior to becoming an RMT, Sultana represented Canada at the 2008 and 2012 Olympics in the Hammer Throw. Her background in high performance has been essential to assist clients with their goals and be able to provide a holistic treatment.
Laurel Harris is an acupuncturist from Corner Brook, Newfoundland. After years of exploring yoga, meditation, and healing, she returned to school to study Acupuncture at Georgian College in Barrie, ON. There, she learned acupuncture and other modalities (cupping, tui na massage, gua sha, moxibustion, and qigong) and saw a variety of patients at the student clinic, some with complex health issues.
She aims to bring harmony in how she lives and works, how she relates to those around her and to the natural world. She values integrity, curiosity, and care, and aims to provide a calm and safe space conducive to healing. She is grateful that she gets to work to help people heal and improve their quality of life through Chinese Medicine.
Meghan has been a licensed Occupational Therapist in the Province of Nova Scotia since graduating in 2016 with a Masters’ of Science in Occupational Therapy from Dalhousie University. Meghan has significant clinical and community experience with Return to Work Planning, Job Site Visits, Home Assessments, Ergonomic Assessments, pain management, and energy conservation techniques, working with the adult population.
